MNSPUG
Since 2004 I have helped organize and support the Minnesota SharePoint User Group. We meet monthly in Bloomington, MN and online via Live Meeting.
You can learn more about the user group here: http://www.SharePointMN.com. The site also includes past presentations and resources as well as links to recorded sessions since early in 2009.
SharePoint-Videos
Working with the great folks at SharePoint-Videos.com, I produced a video DVD-ROM package containing SharePoint 2010 Business Connectivity Services video tutorials that will show you step-by-step how you can implement BCS in your environment.

TweakSP
TweakSP is a solution that extends SharePoint's Central Administration providing additional functionality. TweakSP is meant for use by Administrators, Developers, and Power Users. It is available for free download from Microsoft's CodePlex website.
Work has recently begun on TweakSP 2010 which will be built for SharePoint 2010.

LearnSPD is a community site that hosts live and recorded webcasts for users to learn more about SharePoint Designer. The site went live in 2009 and will be re-launched late in 2010.
